As a singer, it's important to ensure that your monitors work properly. Because, it would be bad if you lose your control of pitch or sing out of tune in the middle of performance due to bad monitors. The condition will be worst because you don't have enough time and chance to fix this situation. And the final result is a failure of your performance. But if you have limited budget, you could use the Sennheiser IE7. This one has good qualities, especially the sound power. It also has deep precise bass, perfect middle, clear high-ends and very comfortable. I recommend this one for you with limited budget to support your performance on the stage.
